Grounds For Faith
The Rev. Dr. Vincent Carroll, author of “Poems From Da
Nang,” “Biblical Characters With An Attitude,” and
“Poems from the Heart Land,” will be reading from his
works on May 9th at 7:00 p.m. at the DeWitt United
Methodist Church map. Rev. Carroll is a native of
Wheatland, Iowa, a retired Navy chaplain, and currently
the pastor at the Little Stone Church, located on Mackinac
Island in Michigan.
The reading will be free and offered in a coffeehouse
setting. Coffee, cappuchino, tea, and dessert will be
available. Rev. Carroll will have books for sale and is
willing to autograph them.
