| Redevelopment Venture Process |
The Redevelopment Venture Process (RVP) is a three-year,
team-based process that will help our church better discern
God's will for the future and provide us with tools to reach that
future. RVP is not designed to "magically" help a church to grow
numerically, numerical growth should result. Our church will
begin making changes and implementing the necessary
strategies throughout the process to make us more faithful to the
living Christ. We began this process in 2006 with a team of 10
people.
Expected Results:
* Clearer direction and ministry focus
* Increased growth in spirituality, finances, attendance and
participation.
* Stronger leadership
* Better utilization of members' gifts
* Increased capacity for implementing change and taking
risks
* Expanded ministries
